Remote-Arbeit ist mittlerweile in vielen Unternehmenfester Bestandteil des Geschäftsalltags.
Ziel dieses Forschungsprojekts war es, die oben genannten Fragen genauer zu untersuchen und einzuordnen. Die Umfrage wurde im Frühjahr 2020 durchgeführt. Da dieser Zeitpunkt in vielen europäischen Ländern mit dem Lockdown zur Verhinderung der Ausbreitung von Covid-19 zusammenfiel, geben die Antworten einen umfassenden Querschnitt durch das gesamte Erfahrungsspektrum wider – von Mitarbeitern, die schon vorher im Homeoffice gearbeitet hatten, bis hin zu denen, deren häusliche Situation sie unter
normalen Umständen von jedem Versuch der Remote-Arbeit abhalten würde.
